Dear P&A clients, We write you this informative letter in regard to the extraordinary measures regarding Covid-19 the Spanish state has taken for autonomos.
In some cases you can request financial aid for the month of March and ongoing. This government payment will be 70% of your TGSS base, if you pay the minimum contribution, this will be approximately 670 euro (70% of 900 euro). If your request for the financial aid is accepted, the autonomo payment of March (and maybe April as well) will be returned to your account. The dead-line to file for this aid is the 14th of April, so you need to act fast.
Requirements:
/OR you had 75% or more income loss in March in comparison to your average income between September 2019 and February 2020.
How to apply for the special financial aid for autonomos:
If you have FREMAP, the link that you need to follow to fill in the request for the extroardinary government financial aid is:

Otherwise go to your own Mutua's webpage. They will ask for similar information as FREMAP, which is described partially below.
In case your activity was on the list of suspended activities, please fill in:
"Suspensión de la actividad por consecuencia directa de la declaración del ESTADO DE ALARMA."
In case that your activity has not been suspended automatically with the state of emergency, you need to fill in the 75% option and prove that you had AT LEAST 75% less income in the month of March in comparison to the average of the months between September 2019 and February 2020. We can send you the EXAMPLE libros that you need to present to your mutua to prove this reduction. Please send them filled in to us first for our review before you present them:
Please check in the last 2 pages of the Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, attached, if you have an activity that was automatically suspended. Then you do not need to prove the 75% decrease of income.

From the 1st of March, until the end of the 'estado de alarma'. Please note that the government keeps changing every day almost the regulations, this is the information that we now have available.

Once you have reviewed the sollicitud of FREMAP (or of your other Mutua) and if you have any questions about filling in the form, you can contact your personal gestor at Fremap: 900610061, or respectively your other mutua. You have received an email from Fremap when we or you did your alta autonomo with the details of your personal gestor of your MUTUA. If he is not available or you still have doubts, please contact us by whatsapp message (see below) to schedule a call on the 9th, 10th or 13th of April.
The deadline for this request is the 14th of April and we recommend that you should file the request latest on Monday the 13th of April.
