During the current Corona virus alert in Spain, most of the judicial and administrative deadlines have been suspended and will continue to run from the end of the alert.
There are some exceptions; in individual cases, something else may apply in criminal law. This affects e.g. domestic violence against women or minors. Individual exceptions also apply to the violation of fundamental rights, labor law, compulsory admission due to psychological causes or the need for protection of minors. In addition, the court may determine otherwise if there is impending irreparable damage to a party concerned. The authority can also let the period continue if there are impending disadvantages or with the consent of the person concerned.

Keep calm about the possible expiry of deadlines during the alarm condition. Most court and administrative deadlines are suspended at the moment.
